Selina SRL is from a chronological point of view the first company of the Group and is the engine driving the entire development of Selina Group. Its management vision is currently confirmed by the fact that each of the companies in the group is a leader in its field of activity.

Selina SRL has been registered in Oradea in 1991, as a private held company in the field of civil and industrial constructions (CAEN 4120). Due to various changes in the Romanian economical environment the company constantly modifies its services in order to provide flexibility for the market and its field of activity.

Starting 2000, Selina SRL strengthens its position by purchasing major shareholder stocks of Trameco SA, where it currently holds over 90% of the shares (93,39%) and Drumuri Bihor SA, by purchasing in 2005, the major shareholder stocks sold by County Council Bihor and then by registering Selina Invest SRL.

Selina LLC is currently active in the following segments:

• Civil and industrial engineering;
• Restoration of historical monuments;
• Real estate development and promotion;
• Projects related to water supplies, sewage, sanitary, electrical, heating and ventilation facilities, pump stations and sewage treatment plants;
